‍‍‍‍‍ Farmer & CEO

Jeff has farmed for more than 30 years in the Yakima Valley.  His interest & research in farming by keeping the soil healthy lead‍‍ to our Heart & Soil philosophy.  He is known for always trying new ideas, and adapted his grandmother's recipe for the first batch of Sorbatto's Frosty Blue.  Jeff continues to be the inspiration behind our new flavors.  His vision and drive are how Sorbatto inc was born.

‍‍Nutritionist & VP ‍‍‍of Development

‍‍‍Terri's ‍‍‍roots have grown up from her nutrition experience, and have helped shaped both the recipe and quality of our products. Her passion for delicious, plant based food has created a product that we are proud of. ‍‍ Her masters degree in nutrition, and experience as a Registered Dietician, have brought an emphasis on health and wellness to Sorbatto inc.  Her insights and expertise have been vital to the development of our products and business.

‍‍‍VP o‍‍‍f Operations

‍‍‍Jerrod Gabel is a ‍‍‍native of Washington State, graduating with a BBA Business Administration degree from Walla Walla University in 2007.  Jerrod spent his adolescent years working on the Weijohn Farm.  He spent two years as a Farm Manager in El Salvador and also spent nearly 17 years working in youth ministries and managing summer camps all over the US.  Jerrod's arrival has helped to propel Sorbatto‍'s Frosty blue into stores across the Northwest and established a more effective production and operation system.  What makes him unique is not only his ability to identify and envision a solution - but Jerrod also has the skills to make those adjustments happen!

Oper‍‍‍ations Manager

Spencer Weijohn is the Operations Manager for Sorbatto. He graduated with his B.A. in Business Administration from Walla Walla University. He has six years of managerial experience working for Twin River produce. He has been involved in starting, developing, and maintaining the family businesses for over 8 years. Spencer recently got married on the family farm and is enjoying living in the Pacific Northwest with his sweet wife.

‍‍‍‍‍‍VP of Marketing‍‍‍‍‍‍

‍‍‍Jennifer Gabel has joined us from the great state of Tennessee. After graduating with a BS in biology she went into teaching and youth wo‍‍‍rk.  Her experience in planning and marketing programs, as well as attention to detail adds dimension to our team. Her excellent people skills are noticed right away. This is very valuable to our company, as making connections is so vital in sales. Her experience in leading social media campaigns for her previous employer has given us a better understanding of how to reach our target markets with social media. She is also a very hard worker - leading by example, and inspiring our employees to put their whole hearts into their work .‍‍‍

Office Manager

‍‍‍Brady grew up on the family farm, and always enjoyed exploring new ways to develop the business. He graduated from Walla Walla University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree, and went on to manage a painting business, foll‍‍‍owed by a Marketing and Recruitment position for his high school Alma Mater, and eventually a data base manager for an office supply company over the next several years. He married his high school sweetheart and has recently moved his family back home to add his business and marketing skills to the team.‍‍‍

Philip Proctor finished with his BS in Industrial Education and minors in math, secondary education, traffic safety, and religion. In his 20 years of teaching he also learned how to build relationships, connect with ‍‍‍people, and empower them to make wise decision. He then worked 18 years as a mechanical engineer in the transportation industry. His passion has always been working as a health and wellness educator, dedicated to helping people improve their quality of life. Much of this work involved a strong emphasis in customer service and sales.  Phil brings a wealth of experience and winning personality that is invaluable to bringing our great products to you.
